1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from Norene's Lab (operated by Allegedly The News Inc, referred to as "we," "us," "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Return Policy, and Shipping Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use our site, subscribe to our communications, or place an order.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, subscribers, and customers of noreneslab.com and any associated sales channels, marketing platforms, or social media properties operated by Norene's Lab.
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to place an order with Norene's Lab. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. PRODUCTS AND DESCRIPTIONS
We make every effort to display product descriptions, ingredients, sizes, and images as accurately as possible. Minor variations in color, packaging, fragrance, texture, or supplier updates may occur and do not constitute grounds for return unless the product is defective or materially misrepresented.
Product descriptions are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical, health, nutritional, or professional advice. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or substitute products at any time without notice. Availability of products is subject to change and is not guaranteed at the time of order.
3. SKIN AND PRODUCT SAFETY DISCLAIMER
Our products are carefully curated for sensitive skin; however, individual results vary. Please observe the following safety practices:
A patch test is strongly recommended before full use of any new product. Apply a small amount to the inner forearm or behind the ear and wait 24 to 48 hours to check for any reaction.
Discontinue use immediately if you experience redness, itching, burning, swelling, rash, or any other adverse reaction. Consult a licensed healthcare professional if symptoms persist.
Products are intended for external use only unless clearly labeled otherwise.
Do not apply products to broken, irritated, inflamed, sunburned, or compromised skin unless directed by a healthcare provider.
Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, and open wounds. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
Keep all products out of reach of children and pets.
Store products according to label instructions in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Norene's Lab is not liable for allergic reactions, adverse effects, or injuries arising from failure to perform a patch test, failure to follow usage instructions, or use of products in ways not intended.
4. NO MEDICAL, HEALTH, OR WEIGHT LOSS CLAIMS
Norene's Lab does not claim that any product:
Is clinically proven
Is dermatologist tested or dermatologist approved
Will produce guaranteed results
Diagnoses, treats, cures, mitigates, or prevents any skin condition, disease, illness, or health issue
Will produce any specific weight loss, body composition, or fitness outcome
Any language such as "may help," "designed to support," "intended to," or similar phrases reflects the intended purpose of a product only and is not a guaranteed or medically verified outcome.
Weight loss support products are intended to complement a balanced diet and regular physical activity. Results vary based on individual factors including but not limited to body composition, lifestyle, diet, exercise, genetics, and consistency of use. No weight loss outcome is guaranteed.
Post-operative support products are not medical devices and are not a substitute for medical care or your surgeon's post-op instructions. Always follow the guidance of your licensed healthcare provider.
Aromatherapy, fragrance, and mental wellness products are intended for sensory enjoyment and general mood support only. They are not a substitute for mental health treatment, therapy, or prescribed medication.
Always consult a healthcare professional before using any new product, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, managing a chronic condition, or recovering from surgery.
5. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are listed in US dollars and do not include applicable sales tax, shipping fees, or other charges unless explicitly stated.
We reserve the right to update pricing, promotions, discount codes, and product availability at any time without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time of checkout.
Payment is processed securely through third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card information on our servers.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all information supplied is accurate.
Discount codes and promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added retroactively.
In the event of pricing errors, typographical errors, or inaccurate product listings, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order prior to shipment. You will be notified and refunded in full if your order is cancelled.
6. ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and US federal holidays.
Delivery typically takes 8 to 15 business days from order placement, fulfilled through our specialized fulfillment partners.
Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, high order volume, holidays, weather events, or other factors outside our control.
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships. Please allow 24 to 72 hours for tracking to update after shipment.
Norene's Lab is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once tracking shows delivery confirmation to the address provided. Claims regarding delivery issues should be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur reshipping fees.
7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable once opened or used:
Wigs and hair pieces
Skincare products including serums, oils, masks, toners, and creams
Haircare products including shampoos, conditioners, oils, and treatments
Weight loss supplements and ingestible products
Aromatherapy oils, candles, and personal care fragrances
Any product sealed for hygiene reasons
To initiate a return, contact us at care@noreneslab.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approved return receipt. Processing times by your bank or card issuer may vary.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the above conditions.
Exchanges are not offered. If you wish to receive a different product, please return the original item per the return policy and place a new order.
8. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us at care@noreneslab.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will review the claim and, if approved, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion at no additional cost to you.
Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.
9. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES
We encourage customers to contact us directly at care@noreneslab.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. The majority of issues can be resolved quickly through our customer service team.
Fraudulent chargebacks, chargebacks filed without first contacting us, or chargebacks that are determined to be invalid may result in:
The order being disputed with your financial institution
Future orders from your account being declined
Legal action to recover funds in cases of fraud
Collection activity for outstanding balances
By placing an order, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Norene's Lab website and associated marketing channels, including but not limited to logos, branding, product names, product descriptions, copy, images, photographs, graphics, videos, audio, design elements, and software, is the exclusive property of Allegedly The News Inc and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any content obtained from Norene's Lab without our prior written permission.
Norene's Lab, Nanus Collection, and associated brand marks, logos, and slogans are trademarks and service marks of Allegedly The News Inc. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
User-generated content, including reviews, photos, testimonials, and social media posts submitted or tagged to our brand, may be reposted or used by Norene's Lab for marketing purposes with credit where applicable. By submitting content to us, you grant Norene's Lab a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content for promotional purposes.
11. ACCEPTABLE USE
By using this site, you agree not to:
Use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent orders or account information
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, our systems, or customer accounts
Scrape, copy, data mine, or reproduce site content without permission

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

To unsubscribe from SMS marketing at any time, reply STOP to any message. To receive help, reply HELP or email care@noreneslab.com.
Your mobile phone number and SMS data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. Data is shared only with our messaging service providers as needed to deliver messages.

14. USER ACCOUNTS

20. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the site, or any products purchased from Norene's Lab shall first be addressed through good faith informal negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation within 60 days, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, held in Duval County, Florida. You agree that any arbitration or legal action shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, collective action, or representative action. This arbitration clause does not apply to small claims court actions, intellectual property disputes, or actions seeking injunctive relief.
21. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes that are not subject to arbitration shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
22. FORCE MAJEURE
Norene's Lab shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemics, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, carrier failures, utility outages, government actions, or any other force majeure event.
23. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the Terms and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
24. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and any additional policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Norene's Lab regarding the use of our site and the purchase of our products, and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
25. NO WAIVER
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of those rights. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Norene's Lab.
